1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the DQUESTMAFA platform and streaming services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Users must adhere to all community standards, platform rules, and applicable laws. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, harassment, copyright infringement, or any disruptive behavior during live streams or interactive sessions.
3. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions, tips, subscriptions, and creator payouts are processed securely through integrated third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Users agree to provide accurate billing and payout information.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
5. Zero Tolerance for Underage Users
Zero Tolerance for Underage Users: PK Royale is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and older. Any account found to be operated by, or attempting to represent, a person under 21 is immediately suspended, globally banned, and its data is queued for purge. Attempting to bypass the age gate, hosting a minor on a stream, or sexualising a minor in any way results in permanent termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.
6. Mature Environment Disclosure
PK Royale is an unvarnished social entertainment ecosystem. Content generated, streamed, or participated in by users may include mature themes, adult language, social drinking, tobacco use, and diverse personal attire. By entering, you acknowledge and accept this mature environment at your own discretion.
7. P2P Limitation of Liability
P2P Limitation of Liability: DQUESTMAFA LLC is a software technology provider only. It is not a bank, money services business, money transmitter, escrow agent, or payment processor, and it does not hold, custody, or guarantee user funds. All peer-to-peer transfers, tips, point movements, and external bank or payment links are arranged directly between users and occur entirely at the users' own risk. DQUESTMAFA LLC accepts no liability for any loss, chargeback, fraud, or dispute arising from such transfers.
8. Intellectual Property
All code, software architecture, user interface elements, graphic assets, database schemas, coin ledger protocols, and live streaming mechanics associated with PK Royale are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of DQUESTMAFA LLC. No third-party entity, external live-streaming network, vendor, or unauthorized platform has any legal right, claim, or ownership stake in DQUESTMAFA LLC operations.
9. Security, Abuse & Unauthorized Access
Any attempt by external platforms, automated web scrapers, data harvesters, or tracking scripts to access, monitor, reverse-engineer, or tamper with PK Royale systems is strictly prohibited under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and applicable state and federal laws. Connection attempts, API calls, and administrative actions are recorded in append-only audit logs with cryptographic integrity stamps to preserve evidence of intrusion for reporting to law enforcement (including FBI/IC3 and state cyber authorities).
